Apr 21, 2011 · Hey there, running into a strange issue with our Kenore Series 80 electric dryer I hope you can help with. Whats happening is the heating element stays on, even if the motor is not running, and even if the dryer door is open. This happens if the timer is somewhere in the timed dry cycle. If I move the timer to off, the heating element turns off.
